In 2007, Erica and Zoe founded BluePrint Cleanse Juices, one of the pioneers in the now multi-billion dollar cold-pressed juice industry. They bootstrapped and scaled that business and sold it for $25m within just five years.
Now, they are focused on their new venture Earth & Star, a ready-to-drink beverage that harnesses the power of functional mushrooms and extracts.
